Key we must clear the elementary school and kindergarten has the following different:

Some parents may believe that children require more academic skills (e.g. reading and writing skills) for them to be prepared for elementary education. While these skills have its value,
it is more important for our children to have good(1) social skills, (2) cognitive skills and (3) physical skills) as a confident learner to set the foundations for a lifetime of learning ！
Our effective transition from pre-school into elementary school will:
1：让孩子理解并体验到学校是一个安全的，受保护的，开心的场所。Give children a positive understanding and experience of school as a safe, secure and enjoyable place
2：本着学校多元智能的理念，承认每个孩子都有个体的需要，兴趣和技能。Acknowledge that children have individual needs, interests and skills, coming from our school philosophy in multiple intelligence theory.
3：允许和鼓励孩子，学校和家长之间积极地沟通Allow and encourage positive communication between children and our school educators and their families
4：在老师和孩子之间建立有感应的，积极的关系To build responsive, positive relationships between children and their carers
5：依照学生的进度来实施教学（例如：课程设置考虑该年龄段孩子的注意力可持续的时间）Deliver the curriculum at the children’s pace (e.g. to cater for children’s attention span for this age group)
6：在学生可以积极选择参与不同的学习站的时候，提供学生自由选择的机会（比如，阅读，数字，英语语音，艺术）Provide free choice time where children can actively choose to participate in a variety of learning stations (e.g. reading, numeracy, English phonics, arts)
7：提供多种形式的有组织的和自由的教学活动以满足学生需要Provide a diversified form of structure and unstructured teaching and learning activities to suit our students’ needs
8：引导学生逐渐适应有组织的，正式的课堂学习Guide our children gradually towards their adjustment in structured and formal classroom learning
9：英语为母语的有经验有资质的小学老师教授我们孩子国际课程Experienced and qualified elementary teachers (from native English speaking countries) to teach our children through international model of education
10：有经验有资质的国内小学老师辅助孩子从文化和语言上适应国际课程Experienced and qualified Chinese elementary teachers to assist our children to adjust into our international program culturally and linguistically
